# AirBridge Modem License

The first-party AirBridge Modem source is governed by the
[AirBridge Source-Available and Universe Listing License](../../AIRBRIDGE_SOURCE_AVAILABLE_LICENSE.md),
Draft 2026-08-01.

The previous $1,000,000 revenue/funding threshold is removed. Applications
deployed using a substantial portion of the modem must instead maintain the
standard undiscounted monthly or annual AirBridge Universe listing described in
the license. Developers remain free to list elsewhere and bill customers
separately.

Third-party libraries, media, and other dependencies retain their respective
licenses and notices.
